Voice Over is not loading

Hi! The audio voice over that I recorded is no longer loading and will not allow me to watch my video.

We're sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue? Are you recording the audio through the app using record voice-over or uploading it from the device? Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue?

 

Have you tried the other browsers listed (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Emptying the browser's cache and cookies can also resolve these issues.
