Many thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, this does not work. My Languages are set to English UK and English US. However when I visit a website app such as Express or search for stock from Creative Cloud Desktop I am shown French. I am located in France and believe these web apps / pages are ignoring my language preferences and just displaying the local country websites.

I am also having this issue. I am using the browser version, and I checked the settings available through my profile. They are both set to English, but I am not getting English text on images in the test-to-image tool.
