AE Project damaged (26 :: 0)

My project opened fine a few days ago, but today it gave an error and won't open at all. I think some of the issues involved installing fonts and a new version of After Effects. I'm so frustrated. This project isn't finished yet.

What version of AE are you using? 

You could try dragging the .aep into AE so it imports the project versus trying to directly open it. That might help with the corruption.

Thanks for your reply. I'm using version 24.6.6. I also tried imports the project, but the same problem occurs. Although the file can be opened, it's still corrupted.
