Keeps hanging on import

AE 25.3.2 upgrade hangs on file explorer when importing files, not even when you hit the import button. 
It will sometimes go unresponsive for around 20 seconds or crash. This started happening after updating and it happens around 30% of the time, on both the NAS and local drive. 

EDIT: It does not hang if I drag and drop files into the project. It's clearly the importer

Thank you for reporting this issue. Does the same hang occur when you try to open a project file, or only when trying to import footate?

We are aware of an issue where Aspera Connect can cause crashes when trying to import files. Do you have Aspera Connect installed?

Hey John,

No I dont' use Aspara, we use a qnap for the nas but nvme's for the locals. 

Edit: Just on import not on open
