Shadow/Highlight effect - Bug when using Effect Opacity

When applying the Shadow/Highlight effect to a video layer, then setting the "Effect Opacity" to "0", the video layer will freeze; a still-frame of the video is shown, but the video will not play in the timeline.

This has been a bug in AFX for years. Just tried in AFX2023 and still exists.
