32gb VS 64gb After Effects MacBook Pro recommendations please!

I'm looking for any insight into selecting the best new MacBook Pro to use for After Effects / Photoshop magic making. I'm upgrading from a low spec 2016 model and wondering if anyone has thoughts on 32GB VS 64GB and if it's worth the $400 more to bump up to the higher amount of ram?

Also, any insight into processor speed or graphics card recommendations?

These new MacBook Pros are pretty great looking but I want to make sure what I invest in will support me being more efficient with my video animation work.

Thank you all in advance for your expertise!

Not much info on MacBooks but more RAM means you'll be able to load more/bigger frames into RAM for your Previews. It's definitely worth it, IMHO.
