Hello to everyone. My problem is to add a 3D model to a video that I have and place the model in this area and show its surroundings while the camera moves 360 degrees in the displayed area. For this, I used the Plugin named 'elements' in After Effects program, but when I add the model, I cannot see it. When I fast forward the video, the pattern appears in only one square area, but there is no track operation. Does anyone help with this or suggest another program or plugin? Thanks in advance.

Well, if the model doesn't display, then your system isn't up to snuff or the model itsel has problematic geometry. As an alternative you might want to try Cinema 4D Lite and Cineware. For anything beyond that basic advice you have to provide much more specific info.

Element requires a certain level of GPU to work properly since it works entirely on the GPU. What GPU do you have?
If you don't have a decent one, Mylenium's suggestion to try Cinema 4D Lite is an excellent one. Cinema 4D Lite is included in your After Effects subscription and renders on the CPU and not the GPU, so it should work for you when Element fails (it might just be a bit slower).

I have a computer with the GT 730 card and it works with Element just fine. Have you tried following some of the free tutorials that come included with your purchase of Element? It sounds like you might just be missing a step or two.
