add custom layer property, is it possible?

Hiii!!!

I'm using AE to export a lot of data into JSON files, but I can't export everything I want. Is there a way to add a custom layer property? something like that:

is this possible anyhow?

Not at this point. Property streams can only be added by API-based plug-ins, not by scripts, expressions and so on. Unless they completely change the API, what you want will be impossible quite for a while to come, because properties and their streams currently need to be initialized on loading and cannot be added after the fact even in plug-ins.

What kind of property do you want to add? There may be a very easy workaround. For example, you could add the Corner Pin effect to a layer, tie a slider to the upper right and upper left X corner property with a simple expression, name the slider Skew, then save the setup as an animation preset and save the Comp as a MOGRT only allowing the Premiere Pro user to animate the Skew.
