Adding a poster on the wall of an almost flat scene

Good day!

I have this scene, the camera moves slightly (no tripod) and there's a little panning when another character enters the room. I'd like to add a poster on the wall (which is quite white with no reference points) or above the heather, if it's easier. And the poster should move accordingly to the camera. I can't seem to use the camera track (not enough points, even with detailed analysis checked). I also can't really stabilize the scene because there is a bit of 3D distortion and no two clear points.
Is there any other alternative, besides reshooting the scene? I attach the video, just in case.

Use Mocha AE to track the edge of the fireplace and the curtains for Translation, Rotation, and Scale. Then, place the surface where you want to add the poster.  

You can then return to AE and either use the tracking information to apply Corner Pin or just motion to the image of the poster. I did the tracking, added a null, imported an image, applied the tracking data to the null, parented the image to the null, made the layer 3D, and adjusted the scale, x, y, and Z rotation to line it up with the wall, added a shape layer with a zero saturation gradient to match the wall lighting, added drop shadow, then fine-tuned the settings to get this in about 10 minutes.

I use Mocha for about 90% of all my tracking and rotoscoping tasks.

Replace my image with one of your own and give the project file a try.
