So I'm trying to scale with keyframes using a adjustment layer over a clip but its not making any effects on my clip. I'm trying to keyframe the scale from 100 to 200 but the clip stays the same. yes i have added motion tile and transform but its still not working.
make sure you use the transform effect, and not the native transform properties.
also bare in mind the transform effect is a raster effect, meaning that if you scale from 100 to 200 a layer that has more information (say it was 50% in scale so can push 2 times until it get soft), you won't get that information.

Adjustment layer transform properties to not apply to the layers below. Never have. You'll have to add the Transform effect to make it work. This might not be the best option. Parenting is usually a much better way to go to control the transform properties of a bunch of layers. Especially if they contain text, shape layers, or vector images.

I have done this, but it seems to ignore keyframes. I am creating zoom out by this tutorial Smooth Zoom OUT Transition Effect! (Adobe Premiere Pro CC Tutorial / How to) - YouTube Just the keyframes are simply being ignored and the scale changes, like the keyframes was never set up.
