I have just downloaded Adobe After Effects to Windows 7 and I am running into problems. Every time I try to open it, it crashes with the message below.

Fuck adobe.png

I am not a computer genius so I have no idea on what's happening behind the scenes. I have spent days trying to figure this out and have come up with nothing. I'll take any help at this point. Thank you to anyone who's listening.

Computer genius or not, we need much more info. Start by checking the crash info in your system's event viewer application and providing detailed system info.

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Fault offset: 0x00000000006fa44b

Faulting process id: 0x263c

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2015.3\Support Files\AfterFX.exe

Yes, both. Heck, I've even set Administrator mode to default and nothing changes.

Have you installed Service Pack 1 for Windows 7? AE CC 2015.3 needs it.

If you already have it, have you tried CC 2017 yet?
