Adobe After Effects templat

Hi, guys. There is something wrong with my computer. I am wondering why the template twinkled after I activated “Adobe After Effects”. My configuration is as follows:

I can see the application like a messenger. Do you always open it? Nothing changes even if you close the application?

Looks like a GPU issue, or a conflict with another application.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Restart machine, turn off all other running applications.

Does the flashing happen even if you do not load the template into After Effects? What happens if you just launch After Effects with a new project? Still flashing?
