Adobe Color Themes Not Letting Me Save--"Not Signed In"

I'm new to Ae and have been doing some tutorials on linkedin learning. I was exploring the Color Themes extension and found a palette I liked, so I tried to save it. However, when I click on save for any color palette it generates a message saying "You must sign in to save color themes. You can access 'sign-in' from the help menu." I'm obviously already signed in, or else I wouldn't be able to use the application in the first place. And in the help menu it asks if I want to sign out. Has anyone else had this issue?

Does the error message refer to AE or Linkedin?  Can't tell from your description.
