adobe vr help needed.

so i have received some vr footage that is stereoscopic, above below format.

i brought it in and applied some graphics, how do i now see this composition with the text in a 360 viewer?

i am struggling to find ae tutorials about working with stereoscopic footage, also help with adding text in this format would be good, i have seen one tutorial but they always place the text in the centre and leave it there.. i dont want my text in the centre, i want it in multiple locations, when i try using "plane to sphere" in stereoscopic mode, it seems to be really awkward to move text down and left for example..
