AE 2020 preview display in the corner of screen.

i recently updated to After Effects CC 2020 and i was continuing with my edit and whenever i press play to preview it, the preview is in the corner of the preview screen. I only see the top left corner of it and its driving me crazy! I have a MacOS version 10.14.6 and i have 64GB with aboout 6GB left. I have no idea why this is happening. It could be a glitch because AE 2020 only just came out. Someone please help!

I looked at both posts and none of them have any proper solutions. I looked at the replies and I tried everything they said and they still haven't worked. Also, how do you update to the latest GPU driver????

There are some other posts to this topic. Search the forum for "preview" and similar terms and set the time to last weeks or last month. The issue did occure with the 2020 update, so it's not long ago.

I don't know how to update drivers on a Mac since I don't have one, but I'm pretty sure that the internet is filled up with this information.
