AE 2021 crashed after opening mettle freeform pro plug-in

Hi, Hope my trouble is an isolated case. AE 2021 is in use. The mettle freeform pro plug-in is also latest version. But when try to use the plug-in on such as solid layer, the following attached warning will pop up. And then the AE crashed and closed by itself. 😞 BTW, win10 20H2 is the operating system........

If updating your GPU driver doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting Mettle's support team.

If Szalam's suggestion doesn't help, try reaching out to the plug-in manufacturer and see if the plug-in is compatible with the version of After Effects you're using.

Thanks for your reply. The mettel freeform pro plug-in is the lastest DEMO downloaded from the official website for trial use only. It seems there are come compilation errors between the plug-in and AE 2021. Maybe it is due to my nearly obsolete graphic driver which is Intel UHD Graphics 630. But when installed the plug-in on another older computer (Nvidia Geforce 610M), it and AE work together well. Interesting....

Found the issue. According to their page, Mettle Freeform requires a dedicated AMD or NVIDIA GPU. The onboard Intel one can't cut it.
