AE 25.3 mouse scroll zoom not working

Hello,

I updated to AE 25.3 this morning and quickly realized that scrolling on the mouse would pan the composition window instead of zooming in and out of it as it has in past versions. I confirmed this by rolling back to version 25.2.2 and it restored the scroll as zoom. Was this intentional or a bug? Is there a way to switch this in the settings?
