AE CC 2019 Opening Images in New Comp Every Time

Not that it's a major issue or anything, worse has happened to me in this program, but now every time I try to import one image, it opens the image in a new comp. When I open multiple, it gives me a dialogue to create a new comp, which I always close. It has only recently started doing this and I would like to know why; I'm not a fan of it. Did I press some key when I wasn't aware of it?

Yes : )  In the import dialog you'll find a "Create Composition" check box. You've got that selected. Unselect it.
