I added the dmp file too.

I checked hardware updates, reinstalled, disable all plugins ... did everythin I could. But it is still crashing.

Welcome to the community, Istvan.

Is there a specific action or command that triggers the crash, or is it random? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What exactly happens when it crashes - does it close abruptly or freeze to the point that you have to force quit it? Have you tried running After Effects in Safe Mode with the third-party plug-ins disabled?

Hi Nishu,

I tried safe mode, it still crasheds.

Sometimes it crashes and sometimes it freezes

I noticed that if I work on the same project it keeps crashing, but if I copy the elements from a composition, make a new composition and save the project with another name it does not crash.. Not sure what triggers the crash

specs: i9, rtx 3050, 64 ram, windows

It could the project specific issue. Try coping all the element from your project to a new project and see if that helps.
