Did you reinstall a backup version of your windows?
Which version ?
have you tried resetting After effects preferences and reinstalling a fresh version of each plugin?

It was a fresh windows install
It's the last version of Windows 11, previously I also had windows 11 and they were working.
I reinstalled once After Effects and erased all the settings and plugins then tried to reinstall the plugins but got the same issue
