AE Project Time Counter

Hello! I hope someone here might have a tip.

I'm looking for a script / plug-in or something similar that records the project time spent. For larger projects it would sometimes be helpful to find out at the end how many hours were actually worked on it. Ideally for After Effects and Illustrator - is there such a thing?

Maybe someone can help me or have a tip.

We used to use ManicTime:

It records all activites, including which files and programs where open.
