(The problem picture below) I've been having this issue for ages but I couldn't find a solution to it. During working, when I click play, these glitches (black on object or sometimes, transparent glitch) sometimes appear on random objects in my videos.

I've tried using "Purge", "preferences", "clearing caches" and everything but most of the time, they would appear in preview again when rendering and when the video finished rendering, those glitches would appear as well in the final video

What's the cause of the problem? And how can I fix this issue because I have to sit for hours seeing which part of the video has glitches and I would have to render that part of the video over and over again until it doesn't glitch.

Try to deactivate the hardware acceleration for decoding video in AE Preferences. You can find it in Preferences > Import. After that, you must purge the cache and restart After Effects. If that doesn't work I would try to deactivate multiframe rendering in Preferences > Memory and performance.
