What's the version of After Effects you're using? Can you share your system specifications? Also, is it happening to all the projects that uses Rotobrush? Try unfreezing and refreezing the rotoscop.

Thanks for trying. Looks like you're working with footage recorded on a phone. Is that correct? Can you try with a media recorded on a camera? Or transcode your current media before importing in After Effects? I am asking this because phone sometimes record in variable frame rate and in some cases, After Effects can struggle with it.
