after effect templates

I'm a beginner with the after effect , I'm trying to use it to do a photo slide show , I learned from some tutorials on line that's there some after effect templates called

Mosaic Photo Reveal - Mosaic Block Reveal - Photo-Bokeh Gallery - Falling Photos. After Effects Template - 3D Photos Slideshow and many more

my question is

is it included with the after effect app , if so how can I find it and use it? if not where can I get it?

These do not come with After Effects.  They will be either paid or free templates available online. Search their names and append "after effects template" as keywords.

did the tutorials not advertise these templates: location/cost etc?

thanks for responding no , but I did some searching and I found a one or tow that I can use but how I can install it to the after effect app

You don't install templates.   They are project files. You just open them with After Affects.

Um, you really need to spend some quality time here:

After Effects tutorials

You don't learn AE well with templates.  And you don't learn AE AT ALL without a grounding in the basics.
