After Effects & Premiere Pro Black screen

I get these black screen when I open After Effects and Premiere Pro and also I can't use some panels in After Effects because of it. Why it seems like this? What is the solution?

Sorry for your issue.

It could be Creative Cloud desktop app related issue. Have you tried signing out and signing back into the Creative Cloud desktop app?

Sorry for the delay. Please try this:

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP
2. Rename the extensions folder as extensionsold and see if it helps.
