After Effects Animation Problems with Render and a bug. (help me)

Hi, im newly getting into After effects animations with vector files. Im making a animation for a customer. And I have a few problems.

1. When I render the animation in Media Encoder the colors get all pale, and it does not look good at all. I will attach picture from illustrator file and after effects file. Its the colors in the octopus screenshot.

2. In the animation there is a line on the character that does not contain anything, its not supposed to be there. It happened after I made the character to move from right to left. I will attach a picture as well. It seems that is stuck. And I dont know how to remove it. (on the lady)

Its a little difficult to explain it wisely, but all help is taken.

The color change is most likely due to unmatched color spaces. Check what setting is applied in AI and AE.

The line comes from puppet tool and wrong application of it. How is the character layered, precomped and where is puppet tool applied to?
