After effects Bridge error

New Here ,
Jul 19, 2017 Jul 19, 2017

I'm a Korean.

I use the after effect cc2017.

When I open Bridge, Hangul (Hangul is Korean language) is broken, and when I import a text animation template, this error is 'Unsupported file or extension'. Is there any way to solve this?

Try typing the name of the template in the Effects/Presets panel and applying it from there.

Hi,

What font type did you choose? OpenType or TrueType?

This is an old issue with After Effects and Bridge. As Rob Shultz suggest, use the Effects and Animation Presets panel to find the template you want to apply and drag it to your text layer. This way you can avoid the Bridge error.
