You have not provided any technical information like system info or what we are even looking at in your screenshot at all, so, no offense, how do you expect anyone to advise? Of course blanket statements could range from "Update your graphics drivers and check your hardware acceleration settings." to a million other things, but then again that could not at all be relevant if the issue is intrinsic to yyour source footage by using an unusual CoDec or whatever. Again, you have to be a lot more specific rather than just throwing images with funky pixel patterns at us.
