After Effects crashing every time I try to open Magic Bullet Looks Edit window

Hello, Ive been using magic bullet looks plugin for years but all of a sudden it started crashing when i click Edit.. I can still use my presets but I cant configure them.

I tried reinstalling After Effects ( tried different versions), reinstalled magic bullet looks several times, updated nvidia drivers,cleared cache... But nothing seems to work.

I really hope someone has a solution.. Thanks

In your video, you show that you choose not to send the crash log. Without this logging information, it isn't really possible for us to get more insight into why this is causing an issue. If you could reproduce the issue and send the crash log, we would have something to go off of.

Have you reached out to the developers of Magic Bullet? Maybe they have heard other reports and have a solution?

Sadly I didnt get any solution from Magic Bullet..

If you wouldn't mind clicking the "Send Report" button (and adding your e-mail if you don't mind so we can connect the crash with yourself), our crash system can populate a bit more information for the log you are generating. Third parties sometimes give us their symbol files, which can tell us pretty percicely where something is going wrong. 

Currently it looks like from what you sent, it is trying to send some analytics to Magic Bullet.

I will see as well if I can track down similar issues already in our crash data to help investigate as well.

Thanks for sending that along.

We (AE team) will reach out to Maxon with the relevent crash information. Hopefully with this they can determine where their plugin is crashing and they can produce an update with a fix. In the meantime, I would double check that this plugin is up to date, in case they were aware of an issue and have fixed it in the meantime.

While we can't resolve this on our side, hopefully this will help Maxon on theirs.

I'm having total computer crashes using the new MB Looks in Premiere. So there is obviously something going on with either the new Maxon App or with the plugin. I've never had this issue before. It also no longer plays realtime with GPU as it used to.
