After Effects - ERROR - "Could not find the user document directory"

Download the trial version of After Effects, directly from CC, this I had already done on occasion and I had not generated any problems, but in this new version, the program does not start, when trying to open it, this error appears:

then when accepting, the following message appears:

Nobody can tell you much without exact system information. that said, start by making sure you actualyl have full access to the relevant folders and aren't running as a limited user.
