I have an animation that I created and exported out as a gif a couple weeks ago. Now I want to export it out as a video so I can put it on Instagram. However, ever time it comes out black. I have attached an image of my Composition Settings, Export Settings, and original gif.

Thank you! Thank you!

If that doesn't fix it then try creating a new comp stan

If that doesn't fix it then try creating a new comp standard HD comp with nothing more in it but a moving solid or shape layer and export using your original settings. if that one also fails it's time to start checking your system for compatibility issues.
