After Effects failure during application startup

Ive been using After Effects 2022 for many years and had been using a Mac Book Air 13-inch. Recently due to issues with the screen breaking, i had no choice but to upgrade to the Mac Book Pro 14-inch. I purposefully got a better running computer so that my adobe apps could run faster, more storage, etc. But as i went to open After Effects, an error came up saying "After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup".  I tried as many things i could think of to fix it and researched as much as i could. I had unistalled, and then re-installed, which didnt work. I reset my laptop multiple times, also didnt work. I talked to someone who is pretty good with computer systems and they said that since im using a new system out the latest software, ill also have to update my After Effects as it may be uncompatible with the new system. But i feel like After Effects 2022 should be compatible because its not even that old, i know people who still use After Effects 2020. I then tried to download other versions such as 2023 and 2024, which did in fact open, but none of my plugins that i had on AE 2022 transfered to 2024 or 2023. I would have errors that come up saying the following plugins were incompatile with this version or could not be transferred, and if i tried redownloading my plugins onto the newer version of AE, they either just dont come up when i search for them in a new project, or a weird question mark appears on the app icon right before i try open the app after installing a plugin. Every sollution ive tried just doesnt seem to work, is there any possible way i can get After Effects 2022 to open up on my new computer? I would prefer for that to work, as another issue is when i open my previous projects on After Effects 2024, another error comes up saying, "After Effects: this project must be converted from version 22.0 (Macintosh 64). The original file will be unchanged." Im not exactly sure what it means, but im really not sure what to do.

Any assistance would be helpful, after effects is really important for my work, education and hobbies. I havent found any solution for almost a month now.

Thank you.

If you use some old third party plug-ins, you turn off "Enable Multi-Frame Rendering" option which is located at Preferences > Memory & Performance.

It seems i already have "Enable Multi-Frame Rendering" turned off. Is there any way i can fix After Effects 2022 so i can launch the app without that error coming up? Or is the newer system in my Macbook pro completely not compatible with After Effects 2022?
