I was able to track a camera and place a tracked text in a clip successfully, however whenever I try and track another camera in a different clip or even in the same clip that I was able to do previously it will either freeze on "initializing camera" or will crash the program outright.
Any help will be appreciated.

What security software are you using?
Failing on initializing camera makes me think the networking processes are getting stopped somewhere. Maybe a firewall issue?

I looked in the "allow app and feature" in my firewall and I couldn't find anything related to after effects, what should I be looking for?

Well, After Effects should definitely be allowed.
