After Effects | Incrementing Property Values with up|down arrow not working

So, this is a little strange.

I'm no longer able to adjust property values in effects control panel or the timeline panel in After Effects using the up|down arrow keys, however the up|down arrows still function properly in the character panel and the paragraph panel.

I am able to utilize up|down arrow in the other official hotkeys at the link below, such as selecting the previous layer in stacking order (timeline), as well as adjusting the position of a layer in the composition along the Y axis manually.

Official After Effects Shortcuts: https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/keyboard-shortcuts-reference.html. Upon viewing this documentation I realized that there is no official record of up|down arrow as a hotkey for incrementing property values by 1. Has this been removed?

I also checked my keyboard shortcuts and was unable to find a way to remapp this.

This issue is present across all three of my machines. I have reinstalled creative cloud, as well as rolled back AE. The issue still persists. Other Adobe Products (Photoshop/Illustrator/Audition) are working just fine.

**This is especially annoying, since I must now re-type property values each time I wish to adjust an effect/control. I can use .math(), but I still must escape the field before adobe will update the layer's property.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to remap this function in After Effects?

I have no problem with cursor keys. Up and down arrows increment in decimal values, usign Shift as a modifier key increment the values by one unit and using Control/Command increments in centesimal values.

I appreciate your response, Jose.

Are you aware of any way to remap these keys for the effect controls panel? It doesn't look like Adobe officially mapped them in their docs, nor in the Keyboard Shortcuts Menu inside After Effects. It would be great to just get them functioning as intended.

I am able to increment values using up|down arrows, using shift and ctrl modified keys, but only when selecting properties in the Character Panel and Paragraph Panel. Coincidently enough, there are actual mappings for these in the Keyboard Shortcuts Menu inside after effects. My Timeline and Effects Control panels do not have this functionality anymore, and from what I can tell, Adobe doesn't even officialy recognize these commands as keyboard shortcuts, since they are not listed on their website.

Thanks for your time!
