After effects is showing imported mp4 videos Green in color.

After effects is showing imported mp4 videos Green in color. Have followed the steps Edit>Preferences>Media&Disk Cache>Empty Disk cache and Clean Database & Cache but still show me the same results. Please suggest

I would guess the cause is related to codec or graphic card. You do two things.

1. You update your graphic card driver.

2. It would be good to this codec if you were a Windows user.

I am still facing the same problem now. It is again showing green screen when importing mp4 video files.

The IT guy has updated the graphic card and I have deleted temp files but not getting any solution to get rid of this green screen. Please help in resolving this issue.
