Ok well I am truly stuck here as AE won’t open at all in either the previous version or the latest version.
Here is what I have tried so far:
-I was using AE’22 and tried to install a some new plugins:

And
https://www.plugineverything.com/displacer-pro
-I followed the instillation instructions and suddenly After Effects won’t start.
Each time I get a log error asking me if I want to send a report, etc.
-I go to the plug-ins folder and remove all of the new plug-ins and restart (didn’t work)
-I delete AE22 and reinstall it (didn’t work)
-I delete AE22 reinstall it and restart first (didn’t work)
-I deleted AE22 and tried to upgrade to AE ’24 (I restarted first but - (didn’t work)
-I removed all versions and tried to reinstall AE22 but first removing the previous settings and preferences (didn’t work)
-I removed all versions and tried to reinstall AE24 but first removing the previous settings and preferences (didn’t work)
-I tried all the crash repair options for both AE’22 and AE’24 (opening it straight, managing plug-ins, resetting preferences, starting in safe mode) - none of that worked
So I am at a loss as to what to do.
-I am on an Apple M1 Mac mini and using macOsVentura 13.5.1
-I have attached a screen shot of my system as well as all error reports from both AE2022 and AE2024
-Hopefully we can get to a solution with the info above
Ok so the solution was to just contact support. There were old preferences that were showing up and that kept peventing me from using my programs. Thanks for the help and the suggestions.

It looks like from the error log the issue is due to AE Juice trying to start up, potentially under Rosetta mode.
Try removing that plugin and see if that helps.

Hi thanks for the quick response - I am sorry I missed this. I did a clean uninstall and reinstall of Ae2024- and now nothing works...so all plugins are now removed.

Apologies I said that backwards - I did a clean uninstall/install but AE 2024 still does not launch. Additionally I can't view the report to send to you. Something very weird is happening.
