after effects queda congelado en abriendo proyecto

cuando abro este proyecto de after se queda congelado en abriendo proyecto por mas que espere nunca carga no se como mas solucionarlo, como dato extra pasa cuando importo un proyecto de premiere a after, alguna solucion?

Would you launch After Effects in safe mode? If you can launch After Effects in safe mode, you remove third party plug-ins you do not need.

How to start:
Launch After Effects while holding down the specified key combination (Ctrl+Alt+Shift or Command+Option+Shift). A dialog box will appear, allowing you to confirm you want to start in Safe Mode and choose whether to disable plugins.
