after effects rendering problem

i use after efffects cs6 and whenever i try to render anything, after it finishes and i watch it, its always just white with the audio. can anyone help? i can post my settings too if i need to.

Hi, yes post your settings and anything else which might be relevent - has this just started to happen? The more information the better.

well the only things ive changed are:
i use the format quicktime, and i use the video codec h.264

and in prefrences in the secret tab i marked both the boxes and set the value under the first box to 2.

this has been happening ever since i downloaded the app.

Hi, I'm afraid that doesn't help us much. I would suggest you search for rendering tutorials for After Effects CS6, there are a few online. For a start I would not use the boxes in the secret tab unless you are absolutely sure you know what they do..
