After Effects VR180 Files how to get to equirectangular

Anyone out there know how to convert a file which is VR180 or 360 Top/Bottom in 6k to an equirectangular file (or view of that file), to prep for compositing, I have files which are VR180 native top/bottom and also the same converted to 360.

Would like to try to keep it simple and within after effects if poss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
