After Effects warning: 39 files are missing since you last saved this project.

Hi, when I open my project, I'm repeatedly seeing this warning dialog - "After Effects warning: 39 files are missing since you last saved this project." When I try to reload those footage from project panel, I'm unable to select those files as they are in disbled state. After a while, the AE crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, none helped. Pls help me.

Start by cleaning out the disk caches before attempting to relink the files. Also try and disable hardware acceleration. this appears to be a bug with hardware acceleration where the cache gets tainted and invalidated.
