I am using all latest drivers. I don't remember how many times I delete and re-install After Effects.
I formatted my computer many times.
Ryzen 9 5900x, 64 GB RAM, RTX 2080Super, Windows 10
I try everyhing. I have now accepted this problem.
Everyday, After Effects freezes and GPU cuts the display and Black Screen. GPU resets itself.
I contacted the support team many times, but it did not reach the solution. There is no place for me to research.
There is a problem with the Graphics Card, but I'm only having trouble with Premiere and After. I am sure of that.
I sent the GPU for service. They found no problem. I did a lot of benchmark tests. The card doesn't even go over 60 degrees. I'm playing the game, by no means restarting itself and the display is not black screen.
The card doesn't have any time to reset itself. It can happen at any time.
Suddenly the screen freezes, a few seconds later the black screen comes and the project screen in after effects turns white. Only audio can be played.

my project is not 3D. I just make motion graphics on the image shot on the green screen. So no heavy effects. It's ridiculous to give this error.

I have 8GB VRAM. Now I'm testing VRAM with OCCT benchmark. No issues or black screen.
I think the problem is an incompatibility between Nvidia RTX and after effects. When I test it with a GTX 1050Ti graphics card, I have no problems. No black screen, no freeze... HELLO TECHNICAL TEAM?
Please fix this issue. I don't want to have this problem anymore.

I have a similar configuration and never have this problem. Are you using any third party plugins into your composition? A lot of third party plugins are GPU accelerate and this can cuase your problem. In this case be sure you are up-to-date with the version of your plugins.

I just opened an empty project, I put the mp4 file shot on the green background into it. I didn't throw any effects, I just hit the play button and again it freezes and black screen. Yes I am using third party plugins but I don't always use it. Same goes for freezing Premiere Pro.

3rd party software installed. But I don't use it. I don't think it will make these freezes when I'm not using it. Right?
I mostly use extensions. Like MotionBro.
