AJA IOXT locked by AE

We found that AJA IOXT is always in used by After Effect even the all application closed. This issue will happen when the after effect using a period of time. The message of "In use by After effect" show on the top right corner of IOXT AJA ControlPanel even the After effect is quit. The other application can’t use AJA IOXT at this moment. The error message also show AJA IOXT in use. The IOXT will lock the restarting process of Mac OS, until power off the AJA IOXT manually. There are 10 Mac OS in our site got the same issue, the firmware is updated to 8/27/15. Please help how to release the IN USE status.
