Animation query for text repeater

Hello,

I wanted to achieve an animation that is mentioned in the video that I'm attaching. I tried achieving it with a text repeater, but it's not giving me the same output. I used the opacity property to give the animation of fading out. But it's not looping. Like how can I achieve the same as in the video.

Why not simply try the Radio waves effect on a (semi-)circular mask? This doesn't look like text was used at all.
