Animation transparency not working

I have an animation I exported with Lossless with Alpha that shows a transparent background in After Effects and when I use the MOV in Premiere, it works perfectly. However, the file won't play in Ecamm live and when I try to convert to any thing else, including a smaller MOV file, I lose the transparency. Any thoughts as to why?

You can't play your lossless with transparency because Ecamm live probably does not support that file format/codec. So you have to export it to some different file format that:
- is supportrd by Ecamm live
- can export with transparency 
What format that would be - I don't know because I dont use Ecamm live - only thing 'i could found is recomendation to use Apple ProRes 4444 for overlays with transparency.
