Any advice i want to upgrade my workstation for after effects ?

You should focus on:
= Processor cores, The more cores, the quick render you got.
= VGA Card that help you make advanced effects, preview, cahs and render. NVidia is the best.
Your RAM is good, it also depends on what is the kind of projects you are going to do.

I recommend you attach a fast M.2 SSD Gen4 for cache.
