How can I do this! somehow rumored I can use Adobe after effects but I felt it's too perfect to have been handled by just any editor, i may be wrong or right but this visualizer is a recent trend, the attachment is _A changing animated block that moves according to audio script, the shapes and sizes are drawn to perfectly fit the words said.
It's like the audio script tells the software what to draw as it's proceeds.
What a perfect alignment!

You must manually set keyframes to position and/or create artwork that follows an audio track. AE can handle that, but it's not automatic. I don't know any software that could accurately create a box and move it down a path when the audio track says, "there was this box, and it moved down the road."

Yeah, rumours. That's all there is. If this exists, it is no doubt in some experimental AI and even then therte may be a ton of issues and special prerequisites.

I don't know anything about that site, but your link only goes to a sign up page. Try uploading the video to YouTube or posting a direct link. If the video is small or you can render a small copy you can just drag it to the Drag & Drop to attach button on the forum.

While it's quite late, I have been busy with life and any of your advice is still very relevant.

If you are asking for a plugin or some software that picks the graphics and animates them based on the content of an audio track, we are a long way from that. The Vimeo link looks like a traditional motion graphics project created by recording a script, creating the graphics to go with the script, planning the animations for each sentence or phrase, then building the comps, rendering them, and editing them in an NLE. We are a long way from AI software capable of doing anything more than picking illustrations based on keywords in the audio track and then throwing some random animation at the graphics.
You can kind of do something like that in AE if you take the audio track into Audition, have it add markers from the transcript (Premiere Pro can also create timed transcripts for subtitles) then set up a bunch of graphics with specific names, then writing expressions that would turn the visibility on or off based on the time of a layer marker with a specific name. It would be faster to just do the animations yourself by breaking the audio track up into phrases, creating a comp for each phrase, then animating the graphics that were created so they worked with the narration and followed the rules of composition and the movement, color, contrast, and size of the graphic to make the message more powerful than just random movement and reveals. There is a lot more to a good motion graphics presentation than the mostly garbage animations that Instagram tools are creating from audio.

Thank you Rick, kindly check out this article https://fstoppers.com/video-editing/gpt-4-gets-even-smarter-after-effects-629430 you can now automate video animations - they simply added human voice when they were done with automating the script into animations. Thanks for your efforts

After much digging, it's turns out generating animations from text or Audio script that are converted to text is POSSIBLE https://fstoppers.com/video-editing/gpt-4-gets-even-smarter-after-effects-629430
