Hello
How do I get cartoon-looking material from my recorded video and how am I able to edit it. Is the Logic Pro format compatible with Abobe products?

Entirely depends on what specific "cartoon" look you have in mind. This is not a case of "Use this and that effect" (aside from the obvious eponymous effect in the Stylize category). The rest is unclear. You have to provide sample frames and more specific info on footage types and what specifically you want to do with it.

If you're shooting for a realistic comic book style, then the short answer is"No", the longer answer is "Maybe - with a lot of work." In order to control how each element gets colorized and posterized you are facing a ton of masking work to the point where you could basically re-draw it from scratch. That would be even more the case if the footage hasn't even been shot with comic-fication in mind like using flat, matte make-up, shooting against green screens or backgrounds with not too many details. Again, sample frames from your footage would definitely help, but it seems to me you need to start at the beginning and study some tutorials on basics like masking, tracking (including mask tracking), using effects, layer styles and shape layers to create strokes and fills and so on. Again, outside instant "cartoon" effects and similar techniques using e.g. threshold adjustments to create hard contours and fill them, this could be a lot of work.
