Backsave After Effects file from 2025 to 2024?

Hi,

I am currently working on a time sensitive project that was built in AE25 but I'm currently experiencing repeated stability issues. I just want to get through this project without the added crash stress, so I'm looking to backsave my file to AE24 but I'm not seeing the option?

I've looked into the whole "Save as a copy" but there's no backsave file option in the dropdown. It's only showing save as an AE template and that obviously doesn't work. 

Any help?

Nevermind, found the "save as an 24.x" option and then needing to use import the file to AE24.
