Blue distorted random frames when previewing or rendering

Hey!, I just Updated to AE 23 and aslo media encoder. Now when previewing footages in composition suddenly flash random frame with blue distortion and aslo when rendering by Adobe media encoder!.

The standard procedures apply: Check your hardware acceleration settings, update your system's graphics driver, turn off GPU usage to test an/or if nothing else works. That goes both for AE and AME.

I'm almost positive that your footage is an MP4. Sometimes it's GPU drivers, other times the only solution is to drop the original footage in the Adobe Media Encoder and render it to a Production format like ProRez.
