I've been getting Blue Screens on my PC while using After Effects and Media Encoder. Most of the time while rendering on Media Encoder.
95% of the time i get: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL
I've installed the latest NVIDIA driver on the website and updated all windows updates.
Here are my Specs:

Really not much to say than the old boring "Check your graphics driver and hardware acceleration settings." In your case try the 517.xx NVidia driver instead of the latest ones. There appear to be some major issues with 527.xx and beyond. Also check your motherboard and BIOS as well as the energy management/ power saving settings. Such hard crashes can easily indicate voltage issues, cooling problems or PCI timing conflicts.
